Job summary

Hondros College of Nursing in Independence, OH seeks a Full-Time Clinical Faculty (BSN Required) to oversee the clinical component of the Nursing Program. You will supervise student practice, provide guidance, and evaluate performance to ensure program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience preferred. (Minimum of 3 years experience in field of study).
• 3 years experience as a registered nurse.
• Active Ohio RN license that has never been encumbered.
• Ability to provide professional licenses and certifications required for clinical compliance.
• Adherence to immunization policies and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in courses aligned with qualifications and expertise.
• Ensure all instructional activities and hours meet accreditation standards and policies.
• Maintain weekly office hours to support student learning and address questions.
• Provide feedback on student performance and support NCLEX preparation.
• Participate in committees, campus meetings, and professional development.
