Position Summary

The Long Term Care Manager provides leadership and oversight for resident care services at Trinity Homes, supporting the health, safety, and overall well‑being of residents through high‑quality, person‑centered care. This role manages daily clinical operations, supervises nursing staff, and works closely with interdisciplinary partners to maintain regulatory compliance and support positive resident outcomes. As part of a collaborative care leadership team, the manager promotes effective communication, responsible resource utilization, and a supportive work environment. Through continuous improvement efforts and consistent leadership presence, the position strengthens care delivery, staff engagement, and operational performance within the long‑term care setting.

Key Responsibilities
