Job summary

Qualifications

• Current ND RN licensure or compact licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Nursing home experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily resident care services to ensure safe, compassionate, resident-focused care in alignment with standards and regulations.
• Supervise nursing staff with coaching, feedback, and guidance to maintain a positive, accountable environment.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and workload management for adequate coverage and safe care delivery.
• Collaborate with nursing supervisors and serve as charge nurse when needed to support operations.
• Monitor quality indicators, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance; implement improvements.
• Apply lean principles and partner with interdisciplinary teams to streamline processes and address challenges.
