Job summary

PACS is seeking an experienced administrator to direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing facility in Las Vegas, NV, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and delivering high-quality resident care.

This leader will oversee budgets, policy development, HR and risk management, engage with hospital partners, negotiate vendor contracts, and maintain professional standards to uphold the facility's mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university; MBA preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; license credentials for an Administrator required.
• Experience directing nursing facility operations and staff management.

• Oversees quality of care and analyzes overall facility operation.
