Job summary

Qualifications

• TN RN licensure and/or Compact State Licensure; must obtain licensure in TN within 90 days.
• Experience in patient care as part of an approved nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per medical regime and nursing plan.
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care with safety focus.
• Document assessment, care, and charting in patient records.
• Teach patients and families and evaluate progress.
