Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred and required within three years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative structure and support to manage and direct the implementation of professional nursing practice.
• Associate Vice President of Nursing provides leadership to achieve the organization’s mission of excellent patient care and nursing’s vision of setting a new standard of excellence in autonomous and accountable nursing practice.
