UF Health Central Florida is seeking an Associate Vice President of Nursing Professional Development to lead the region-wide advancement of nursing education, competency, and professional practice. The AVP will establish an integrated development continuum from entry to advanced leadership roles and align efforts with organizational quality and safety priorities.

Qualifications
- Minimum master’s degree in nursing or related field (required).
- Current Florida RN license and BLS certification (required).
- 5–7 years of progressive nursing leadership in a health system, with development/education and professional practice experience (required).
- Experience supporting ANCC Magnet or Pathway to Excellence initiatives (preferred).
Responsabilités
- Lead development and execution of region-wide nursing professional development and excellence strategies.
- Drive readiness, evidence-building, and sustainability for Pathway designation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and frontline staff to advance professional practice and clinical outcomes.
