Responsabilités

• Strategic Vision: Develops and articulates a strategic vision for UF Health's health colleges, centers and institutes.
• Research and Academic Excellence: Oversees research and education across health sciences and supports excellence in basic, translational and clinical research.
• Operations: Aligns UF Health education and research with clinical missions; develops financial models and efficient investments.
• Governance: Leads collaboration with college deans and senior leaders; directs health sciences academic programs.
• Culture: Fosters respect, transparency, innovation and cross-disciplinary collaboration across UF.
• Advocacy: Builds relationships with alumni, donors and government leaders; represents UF Health externally.
• Fundraising and Development: Leads fundraising for UF Health and capital campaigns.
