Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates clinical education and professional development programs.
• Conducts needs assessments and applies evidence-based educational strategies.
• Supports orientation and ongoing development of clinical team members.
• Serves as a clinical and educational resource for direct care staff.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and change management.
• Performs RN functions and other duties as assigned.
