Job summary
AdventHealth Tarpon Springs seeks an experienced Nursing Education professional to design curricula, develop programs of study, guide learners, and evaluate learning outcomes. You will apply adult learning principles to planning, implementing, and assessing education initiatives for clinicians.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Nursing required.
- Master's of Nursing preferred.
- Experience in acute care or academic setting preferred.
- Nursing research background is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Designs curricula, develops programs of study, guides learners, and evaluates learning outcomes.
- Incorporates adult learning principles in planning, implementing, and evaluating education programs.
- Plans, prepares, and maintains materials for educational programs to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Assists students and practicing nurses in identifying learning needs and opportunities.
