Job summary

The specialist will coordinate with leaders, support quality and safety initiatives, and maintain educational records while sustaining current clinical skills and staff development.

Qualifications

• RN license issued in Illinois before hire date.
• Minimum BSN in nursing.
• Three years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops, designs, and delivers educational programs for colleagues.
• Delivers lectures, conducts seminars, and develops teaching materials for in-person and online formats.
• Promotes a learning environment to enhance learner competence and clinical skills.
• Coordinates with department leaders to ensure ongoing staff competence.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and ensures compliance with standards.
