Under supervision, you will develop orientation, ongoing education, and in-service activities aligned with Tenet’s educational goals and patient care standards. You will collaborate with facility leadership to assess learning needs, implement programs, and evaluate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Education or related specialty.
• 2 years nursing experience in acute care setting.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programming for nursing and non-nursing personnel.
• Orient and continue education of nursing staff at the healthcare facility.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to assess and revise educational goals and programs.
