St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach seeks a Nursing Educator to lead and support education for nursing and non-nursing staff across units.

Working under the Market Education Director, you will assess learning needs, develop and implement programs, and evaluate outcomes to improve patient care. The role emphasizes orientation, continuing education, and in-services, aligned with Tenet Healthcare goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• 2 years of nursing experience in a perinatal setting.
• Registered Nurse license is required.
• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and NRP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, develop, implement, facilitate, evaluate and revise educational programming for all levels of nursing personnel and non-nursing personnel.
• Act as a key resource in the orientation and continuing education of nursing staff.
• Implement a comprehensive education program for assigned units while aligning with Tenet educational goals and vision.
• Participate in councils, committees and workgroups to contribute to organizational education strategies.
