Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. seeks a Clinical Nurse Training & Development Specialist to lead nursing education and staff development. This role requires a nursing degree and clinical background, focusing on orientation, competency development, and formal education programs across clinical areas.

You will collaborate with management and education teams to implement, evaluate, and ensure regulatory compliance in a busy hospital environment.

Formación

• RN licensure in Florida required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• 2–5 years of RN experience; 1+ year regulatory survey experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates advanced nursing knowledge and care for patients.
• Serves as a clinical resource to preceptors, staff, educators, and students.
• Collaborates on orientation programs for new employees.
• Acts as consultant to management and staff in nursing and non-nursing areas.
• Works with clinical managers and non-nursing staff per policies.
• Partners with Education to design and evaluate clinical education programs.
• Assists in creating unit-based and annual staff competencies.
• Delivers in-service programs to clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Maintains HR files to comply with regulatory requirements.
