Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Master's degree in a related field required.
- Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Nursing Specialty Certification required.
- Nursing Professional Development (NPD) certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develops, designs, and delivers educational programs focused on specialized areas of nursing practice (e.g., oncology, pediatrics, critical care).
- Updates and refines training materials and educational resources to reflect the latest evidence-based practices.
- Conducts assessments to identify educational needs of nursing staff in the specialized area.
- Works with clinical leadership to align educational initiatives with organizational needs and regulatory standards.
- Provides mentorship and coaching to nurses within the specialized field to improve skills and confidence in patient care.
- Designs and updates curricula and training materials tailored to nursing staff in the area.
