Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in nursing, social, behavioral, or health sciences relevant to the Title III Enhancing Undergraduate Nursing program.
• Experience with retention initiatives, strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and statistical software.
• Experience three years of higher education experience focused on assessment, retention, and student success.
• Skilled in data analytics and reporting with Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experienced in academic advising for at‑risk and diverse students.

Responsibilities

• Gather, evaluate, and display data from student program assessments to track results in the Nursing program, such as SLOs, course and program completion rates, licensure exam success, and employment statistics.
• Partner with the Department of Nursing to manage Title III Activity Future Act initiatives.
• Design dashboards, generate reports, and build data visualizations for faculty, administrators, and stakeholders.
• Hold regular meetings with pre-nursing and nursing students to offer non-academic assistance and refer them to campus resources.
