Kettering Health Network is seeking an RN Professional Development Specialist to advance nursing practice by designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that foster clinical competence among nursing staff.

The role requires a BSN, a nursing-related Master's within 4 years, and at least three years of clinical nursing experience, plus an Ohio RN license and BLS. Certification in Nursing Professional Development or a specialty area is required within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities
