Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Nursing-related master's degree required within 4 years of hire.
• Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience.
• Current RN license in the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.
• Certification in Nursing Professional Development within 2 years of hire (if not held at start).
• Strong collaboration with nursing leadership to assess learning needs and ensure regulatory compliance.
