Job summary

Kettering Health Network Main Campus is seeking a Nursing Professional Development Specialist to support learning and ethical practice among nursing staff. The NPDS will serve as an educator, career coach, mentor and leader across the organization.

The role covers orientation and ongoing professional development, acting as a resource to leadership for education programs, evidence-based practice, and outcomes evaluation to advance nursing development within the network.

Qualifications

• Ohio RN license required.
• BSN degree required; MSN preferred within four years.
• Specialty certification required.
• BLS certification required.
