Cleveland Clinic's Nursing Education team is seeking a compassionate Nursing Professional Development Specialist to support growth and development of entry-level nursing caregivers. You will educate, guide, and provide professional support to ensure safe, high-quality patient care across Lutheran and Fairview Hospitals.

The role supports days, is full-time, and runs 8:00am–4:30pm. Emphasis on education methodologies and leadership in clinical teaching will drive success.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• 2 years of recent nursing experience with hands-on practice and preceptor/instructor experience.
• Knowledge of education methodology (needs assessment, curriculum development, instructional design, adult learning).

Mansioni

• Design, direct, implement, and evaluate educational offerings for nursing staff.
• Identify learning needs of nursing personnel.
• Develop evaluation systems to measure educational effectiveness.
• Consult with Nursing Institute and Ambulatory Nursing, CCF and community on practice and roles.
• Assist in development of department orientations and competencies.
• Assist departments in staff orientation.
• Maintain catalog of teaching-learning resources.
