Qualifications

• 3 years of clinical nursing with adult teaching or training experience.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and educational design.
• Proven ability to teach online and in-person, and to develop materials.

Responsibilities

• Apply ANPD principles to nursing education and practice improvements.
• Identify knowledge gaps and design targeted learning interventions.
• Analyze costs and ROI for learning activities and projects.
• Develop outcome-based education plans aligned with regulations.
• Collaborate across interprofessional teams to advance patient safety and outcomes.
• Mentor NEPD generalists and coordinate education services.
