Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Professional Development Specialist to design, implement and evaluate nursing education programs across units in Illinois. The role emphasizes data-driven orientation, competency development, and close collaboration with leadership to address learner needs and improve patient care outcomes.

The position requires a BSN, 5+ years in a clinical specialty, and active IL RN licensure; enrollment in a Master’s degree is expected to be completed within 3 years.

• BSN (required)
• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Nursing or Education and able to complete within 3 years of hire
• Cert BLS
• Licensed RN in State of Illinois
