• Plans, organizes, and executes educational initiatives that lead to quality patient outcomes and regulatory compliance.
• Identifies and facilitates technology advances in the delivery of care for assigned clinical areas and departments.
• Provides staff education and ongoing expertise with the implementation of new technology.
• Supervises, delegates, schedules, and assigns work to achieve optimal educational opportunities.
• Effectively coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.
