Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Credentials: Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary RN license in state of practice, or compact RN licensure.
• BLS certification is required.
• Additional certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient needs and provide nursing care according to physician orders and the nursing plan of care.
• Formulate and implement an individualized plan of care, including discharge planning, in collaboration with patient/family and health team.
• Deliver direct patient care and supervise activities of other licensed staff as needed.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Document assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the patient record.
• Contribute to quality improvement and participate in education of staff and patients.
