Job summary

Covista is seeking an experienced nursing educator to shape the next generation of healthcare providers through classroom, online, and clinical instruction. You will mentor students, participate in committees, and contribute to scholarship aligned with the institution's mission.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing required; PhD preferred.
• Current, unencumbered nursing licensure in Missouri or eligible.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing clinical experience.
• Excellent communication and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned nursing courses (classroom, online, clinical, lab, simulation).
• Develop and implement course curricula and materials.
• Evaluate student performance and provide remediation as needed.
• Lead clinical learning and ensure students are practice-ready.
