Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing is required; a PhD is preferred.
• Indiana nursing licensure or eligibility to obtain.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication, initiative, and prudent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned nursing courses across classroom, online, clinical, lab, and simulation.
• Provide input to and implement course curriculum and teaching materials.
• Evaluate student performance and provide remediation as needed.
• Lead clinical learning or partner with Faculty leading labs to ensure students are practice-ready.
• Contribute to the university community through service and scholarship activities.
