Success Education Colleges in Bakersfield, CA, seeks a seasoned nursing administrator to assist the Dean of Nursing. This full-time role leads ADN/BSN program policy, curriculum development, and clinical scheduling while ensuring compliance with nursing education standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Nursing, a California RN license, and teaches or mentors in nursing education with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current valid California RN license is required.
• Completed advanced courses in nursing education including administration, teaching, supervision, and curriculum planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dean of Nursing with departmental leadership and coordination of ADN/BSN programs.
• Develop, review, and revise ADN/BSN policies and procedures in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
• Plan and oversee orientation and training for new personnel in the Nursing department.
• Maintain records and reports pertinent to the ADN/BSN programs and ensure compliance.
• Lead curriculum development and scheduling of clinical/theory experiences for students.
