State of North Carolina - Health & Human Services is seeking a Nursing Education Instructor at Broughton Hospital to elevate nursing education, mentorship, and training across NA‑I, CNA, RN, and LPN orientations.

You will design, implement, and evaluate meaningful educational experiences, support student nurse affiliations, and collaborate with leaders to ensure compliance with professional, regulatory, and quality standards.

Qualificações

• Experienced nurse educator with at least 2 years of teaching and strong skills in creating educational materials.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and departments.
• Background in skilled nursing facility work or teaching (1+ year) and preferably experience instructing NA‑1/CNA programs.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and evaluate educational experiences for nursing staff.
• Lead orientation and training programs: NA‑I, CNA orientation, RN and LPN orientations, continuing education.
• Support student nurse affiliation programs and collaborate with hospital leaders and educators to meet standards.
