MFA Clinical Consulting seeks an experienced Nurse Educator (RN) to lead the Nurse Aide Training Program at King Health & Rehabilitation Center in King, NC. You will guide classroom instruction, skills labs, and supervised clinical experiences to prepare students for compassionate care.

The role requires NC RN licensure, 2+ years nursing experience (long-term care preferred), and a Train-the-Trainer credential or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN licensure in North Carolina.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
• Completion of state-approved Train-the-Trainer course or willingness to complete prior to start.
• Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Passion for education, mentoring and clinical excellence.
• Familiarity with OBRA requirements and nurse aide training standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead classroom, skills lab, and clinical instruction using the state-approved nurse aide curriculum.
• Educate, mentor, supervise, and evaluate nurse aide students throughout the program.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans, attendance records, student evaluations, and skills documentation.
• Create an engaging, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Ensure students demonstrate competency before performing skills in the clinical setting.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal nursing regulations.
• Collaborate with center leadership and nursing teams to connect classroom with high-quality, person-centered care.
• Serve as a professional role model and help students transition into healthcare careers.

What You'll Do

What You Need
