• Collaborate with colleagues on program development and faculty activities.

Responsibilities

• Instruction and Curriculum Delivery: Prepare lessons, adhere to syllabi, and use varied teaching methods.
• Student Support and Success: Maintain communication, offer advising and office hours, support career development.
• Assessment and Program Improvement: Assess outcomes and contribute to program review and evaluation.
• Collaboration and Faculty Development: Participate in meetings and cross-department collaboration.
• Compliance and Accreditation: Ensure standards compliance and proper documentation.
• Other Duties: Support department goals and ongoing improvements.
