• Master’s degree in nursing required; PhD preferred.
• Georgia nursing license or eligibility to obtain.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing clinical experience.

• Technological expertise with LMS, simulation equipment, and online platforms; AI familiarity.
• Engaging learning environments and conflict management skills.
• Collaborating across faculty and clinical partners.
• Emotional and social intelligence for inclusive learning.
• Compliance with state requirements for teaching specialty.
• Experience teaching in clinical, classroom, online, and simulation settings.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned nursing courses across classroom, online, clinical, lab, and simulation.
• Input to and implement course curriculum and teaching materials.
• Keep students first and identify individual needs to support learning.
• Evaluate student performance and provide remediation as needed.
• Lead clinical learning or partner with faculty leading labs; ensure practice readiness.
• Contribute to Chamberlain through service, committees, and program evaluation.
• Provide guidance to students and new faculty.
• Engage in scholarly activities linked to teaching and practice.
• Maintain current teaching skills through professional development.
• Follow policies on exams, assignments, attendance, and changes.
