Job summary

Chamberlain University seeks an experienced nursing educator to teach across classroom, online, and clinical settings. You will design engaging experiences, assess student performance, and mentor new faculty while aligning with Chamberlain Care®.

The role supports flexible evening/weekend classes and contributes to scholarly activity, service, and program evaluation within the CU community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing required; PhD in teaching field preferred.
• Active Georgia nursing license or eligibility to obtain.
• Minimum 2 years nursing clinical experience.
• Strong communication, initiative, and judgment.
• Proficiency with LMS, simulation tech, and online teaching, incl. AI tools.
• Ability to foster engaging, inclusive learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned nursing courses (classroom, online, clinical, lab, simulation).
• Develop and update curricula and teaching materials.
• Evaluate student performance and provide remediation.
• Lead clinical learning activities and coordinate with faculty.
