Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience.

• Implements teaching strategies suitable to learner needs and context.
• Assists students in developing professional nursing behaviors and values.
• Uses diverse assessment strategies across classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
• Analyzes assessment data to inform course improvement.
• Implements program assessments to improve quality of the nursing program.
• Engages in professional development to enhance faculty effectiveness.
• Maintains current practice knowledge to prepare students for contemporary nursing practice.
