Job summary

Unitek Learning seeks a Nursing Program leader to plan, develop, and oversee the nursing program across campuses. The role involves coordinating admissions, orientation, and clinical partnerships, while ensuring policy compliance and accreditation readiness.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, a master's degree, and at least three years of nursing or educational leadership experience, with coursework in administration and curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Holds an active RN license in good standing.
• Master's degree from an approved school.
• Minimum three years of RN experience with teaching or clinical supervision in the last five years.
• Completed coursework in administration, teaching, and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, manages, updates, and evaluates all aspects of the nursing program.
• Oversees admission process and orientation.
• Develops and maintains educational partnerships with clinical sites.
• Ensures graduation and licensing documentation is complete and accurate.
• Coordinates faculty recruitment, scheduling, and development.
• Maintains compliance with BVNPT regulations and accreditation standards.
