Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or nursing education from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• 3–4 years progressively more responsible roles in nursing.

• Develop and support educational programs to foster professional development of clinical personnel.
• Guide and recommend development of best practices with Patient Care Service departments.
• Assist department leaders in developing staff development and education initiatives.
