Job summary

• Master's degree in Nursing or Nursing Education is required.
• Experience leading nursing education or professional development programs in acute care is required.
• Leadership experience managing a team of 15+ nursing educators is highly preferred.

• Lead planning, development, execution, and evaluation of the nursing education program.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate orientation, competency validation, and ongoing education activities.
• Develop budgets and manage department resources.
