Qualifications

• BSN required; Master’s preferred.
• Current RN license in Michigan.
• Certification in clinical specialty or educational area completed or active plans to pursue.
• Two years clinical nursing experience in identified or related specialty.
• Basic familiarity with email, e-learning, intranet and computer navigation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate ongoing nursing education programs and activities.
• Develop and implement continuing education initiatives and professional development plans.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve patient care practices and outcomes.
• Present complex information to clinicians in clear, actionable terms.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and adjust programs accordingly.
• Engage in ongoing quality monitoring and policy review related to nursing education.
