Job summary

Luther Manor is seeking a Training and Development Educator to lead clinical education and professional development for nursing staff across the Life Plan Community continuum. The role ensures regulatory compliance and evidence-based practice while supporting safe, resident-centered care.

As a clinical mentor and change agent, you will drive onboarding, competency validation, and ongoing education aligned with Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act standards and DHS regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing education and DHS regulations.
• Ability to design, deliver and evaluate education programs.
• Experience in employee development programs for a mid-size company.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate education programs for nursing staff.
• Support onboarding and competency validation across care settings.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and report training outcomes and regulatory compliance.
