Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Current Pennsylvania Nursing License or eligibility within 60 days of hire.
• Must obtain American Heart Association Instructor Status (BLS, ACLS, and PALS) within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates and evaluates onboarding and orientation for clinical staff.
• Identifies orientation requirements for clinical staff.
• Manages and evaluates the competency assessment process for clinical staff with the management team in assigned areas.
• Assists others in professional role development.
• Executes special projects as requested by the CED Leadership Team.
• Champions research, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement in educational settings.

PA Nursing License or Eligibility

AHA Instructor Status (BLS, ACLS, PALS) within 1 year
