WVU Medicine is seeking an Instructional Site Coordinator to lead the WVU Medicine Center for Nursing Education at our Wheeling location. You will oversee day-to-day academic, clinical, and student support, ensure curriculum delivery, and promote NCLEX readiness while aligning with accreditation standards.

This role includes teaching and scholarly activities, faculty onboarding, and collaboration with program leadership.

Qualifications

• MSN required.
• Current RN license in-state or multi-state via eNLC preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• 3 years of nursing education teaching experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one academic advising and guidance to help students navigate their educational journey.
• Monitor academic progress and identify at‑risk students using early alert systems.
• Identify and assist students facing academic, personal, or financial challenges.
• Develop student success plans and interventions for students experiencing difficulty.
• Monitor and analyze student performance to address gaps in achievement.
• Implement programs and workshops to improve retention and NCLEX pass rates.
• Coordinate faculty-led clinical rotations and preceptorships across sites.
• Orient and onboard new adjunct faculty members.
• Teach up to 6 credit equivalents per semester across multiple modalities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and accreditation requirements.
