- BLS certification.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one academic advising to guide students.
- Monitor progress and use early alert systems for at-risk students.
- Identify and assist students facing academic or financial challenges.
- Develop student success plans and learning contracts.
- Monitor performance and evaluate success programming for NCLEX outcomes.
- Lead faculty onboarding and coordinate clinical rotations.
- Support accreditation reviews and program quality initiatives.
