The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks a Staff Associate to lead enterprise-wide nursing quality, patient safety, and evidence-based practice initiatives. The role provides direction for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of EBP projects and reviews nursing policies and procedures to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in nursing, healthcare admin, or business admin required.
• Doctoral degree preferred (PhD, DNP).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience; 12+ preferred.
• Licensed RN in Ohio; demonstrated EB practice change leadership.

Responsabilités

• Oversee assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of enterprise-wide EB nursing projects.
• Lead review and creation of nursing policies and procedures for the Medical Center.
• Partner with internal/external customers to ensure EB practice is understandable and measurable.
• Serve as leader and mentor across the department and OSUWMC.
