Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Nursing Director to lead a team of Nursing Managers, delivering developmental and training support to staff. The role focuses on quality nursing care, staff development, and implementing best practices across the nursing services.

As a hands-on leader, you will collaborate with Operations, Medical leadership, and Compliance to ensure program integrity and regulatory adherence while travelling to centers for in-person training.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or other equivalent degrees.
• 5+ Years of relevant work experience.
• State licensed Registered Nurse (RN).

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership across nursing operations and staff development.
• Develops and oversees training programs and competency development.
• Ensures compliance with county, state, and federal regulations.
• Trains on best-practices for nursing care delivery and staff development.
• Travels regularly to BrightView centers to provide in-person training.
