Brightview Senior Living is seeking a DON/Health Services Director/Registered Nurse to lead a Nursing team and supervise MedTechs and Resident Assistants, delivering exceptional care to residents. You will drive care plans, monitor medications, and collaborate with physicians to optimize resident well-being.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and a proactive approach to creating an active, vibrant life for residents within Brightview communities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and hold RN licensure.
• Experience in geriatric nursing or dementia care preferred.
• 2+ years in a health care supervisory role preferred.
• Solid computer skills with Word and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional written work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a team of Licensed Nursing Associates; provide clinical supervision to MedTechs and Resident Assistants.
• Implement resident care plans meeting Brightview nursing standards and regulations.
• Oversee nursing assessments, monitor medication delivery, and collaborate with physicians.
• Identify clinical trends and implement corrective action; contribute to community leadership.
