Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• If undergraduate degree is BSN, a Master’s Degree from a health‑related program or MBA is acceptable.
• Must have MSN if undergraduate degree is not BSN.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategy for ensuring necessary resources are managed to provide optimal nursing care.
• Evaluate quality of patient care using Standards of Practice and quality indicators.
• Develops data‑driven patient engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and monitor service performance.
• Maintain relationships with patients, families, and departments; resolve operational priorities.
• Lead change initiatives collaboratively with leaders and governance councils.
• Achieve care management, patient experience, and teammate engagement targets.
• Plan staffing to meet productivity benchmarks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote evidence‑based nursing and use data to improve quality, cost, and service.
