- Proficient with MS Office and electronic health records platforms.
Responsibilities
- Oversee quality care in compliance with care plans and assessments.
- Develop nursing objectives and procedures aligned with regulations.
- Manage nursing staff and coordinate resident health information.
- Monitor medications and ensure eMAR accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate with surveyors and support regulatory readiness.
