Requirements include an active RN license and 3-5 years of nurse management experience in senior living or long-term care, plus CPR certification. Strong communication and EHR proficiency are essential; occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state where working.
• Minimum of 3-5 years nurse management experience in senior living, long-term care, or assisted living.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute all nursing services and clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor resident care programs and clinical protocols.
• Meet with every new resident and complete basic health assessment within one week of moving in.
