Job summary

Good Samaritan is a not-for-profit organization providing housing and services to seniors with a 100-year history of quality care in a Christian environment. The Nursing Administrator will oversee the nursing program in a long-term care facility, guide clinical programs, and ensure regulatory compliance while directing day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Five years nursing experience required.
• Current unencumbered RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Accredited nursing program knowledge (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers the nursing program in a long-term care facility.
• Leads clinical programs, policies, and protocols to ensure quality care.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and safety across the facility.
• Schedules staff and conducts performance reviews.
• Coordinates with medical staff, department heads, and administrators.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of the nursing department.
