Zusammenfassung

Good Samaritan seeks an experienced nursing leader to provide temporary leadership across long-term care facilities in Minnesota. You will oversee the nursing program, ensure high-quality resident care, and advise medical staff and administrators on nursing services and strategy.

The role requires frequent travel to facilities, a strong knowledge of nursing practice acts, and a current RN license. Five years of nursing experience and familiarity with housing/assisted living are advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; not required.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Five years nursing experience required; housing/assisted living experience helpful.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; multi-state licensure acceptable.

Aufgaben

• Provide temporary nursing facility leadership and support across assignments.
• Administer the nursing program to maintain resident care standards.
• Advise medical staff, department heads, and administrators on nursing services and strategies.
• Schedule staff, supervise performance reviews, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead clinical program development and ensure system integration and policies are followed.
