Job summary

Good Samaritan in Atkinson, NE is seeking an experienced nursing administrator to oversee the long-term care facility’s nursing program. You will ensure quality resident care, supervise nursing staff, assist with budgeting, and coordinate clinical programs in a Christian, not-for-profit environment.

Responsibilities include compliance with regulatory standards, staff development, and collaboration with medical staff and administrators to optimize care and operations in a rural community.

Qualifications

• Five years nursing experience required.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state or multistate licensure.
• Thorough knowledge of nursing practice acts and standards.
• Experience with long-term care and regulatory compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities
